You get a clear strategy, a convincing CV and a sharp LinkedIn profile, and you learn to use AI tools sensibly and correctly, with experienced HR professionals alongside you.

The interview training is a 90-minute one-to-one session in which we prepare you for one specific, upcoming interview. It suits people at the start of their career, specialists and managers who want to go into the interview clear, composed and well prepared.

What is included

  • Analysis of your specific role and the company as the basis for your preparation
  • A walk through typical and awkward questions, matched to your situation
  • Practised answers about your strengths, gaps in your CV and the salary question
  • A simulated practice interview with direct, honest feedback
  • Feedback on content, the structure of your answers, your presence and your body language
  • Concrete notes and next steps that you use yourself after the session

How it works

  1. Beforehand: you send us the job advertisement and your documents so that we can prepare
  2. Start: we clarify your starting point, your goals and the likely stumbling blocks for this interview
  3. Practice: we simulate the interview and go through typical and difficult questions
  4. Feedback: you receive direct feedback on content, reasoning, presence and body language
  5. Close: we write down your strongest answers and the concrete points to work on

What you get out of it

You go into the interview with practised, clearly worded answers and a realistic picture of the impression you make. You know how to show your strengths, answer awkward questions calmly and hold the room with confidence. The offer remains the company's decision, and you arrive noticeably better prepared for the conversation.

Salary negotiation coaching

A 60-minute coaching session for your next salary negotiation. You bring your specific situation, we build your arguments and a clear negotiating approach together, so that you go into the conversation prepared and lead it with confidence.

What is included

  • An assessment of your starting point: your current role, your results and a realistic range for your request
  • Your arguments, cleanly structured and tied to your role and your contribution
  • Concrete wording for the opening, for your salary request and for your response to counter-arguments
  • Negotiating approach: the order of topics, handling a no and possible alternatives such as a bonus, extra holiday or further training
  • On request, a short rehearsal of the key moments directly in the session
  • After the appointment, a written summary with your core arguments and your wording

How it works

The career assessment (Standortbestimmung) is a compact coaching programme for individuals who want to know where they stand professionally and where the next stage should lead. Across two sessions and a written evaluation we clarify your strengths, your direction and concrete next steps.

What is included

  • A structured analysis of your career so far, your strengths, your interests and your values
  • Clarification of your professional direction and of the next stages open to you

The CV and cover letter service is a done-for-you offer for individuals: we write your CV and a matching cover letter, ready for your application. You supply your details, we write, design and deliver documents that are ready to send. Everything finished and handed over to you.

What is included

  • A complete CV in tabular form (tabellarischer Lebenslauf), clearly structured and written for the Swiss labour market
  • An individual cover letter, matched to your profile and to one specific role or target function
  • One consistent, understated design across both documents, readable for people and for applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Delivery as an editable Word file and as a PDF, so that you can adjust it yourself later
  • One revision round in which we work in the changes you ask for
  • Your application photo placed in the document, where you supply one
