Questions
Interim HR: common questions.
How much does an interim HR assignment cost?
CHF 180 per hour, or CHF 1'440 per day. We bill only the time actually worked, and we confirm scope and duration in writing before we start so you can budget for it.
How soon can someone start?
Usually within a few days of the intro call. We first clarify what absolutely has to keep running and start with deadline-driven work such as payroll, contracts and absences. We work on site, remotely or both, depending on your company.
How long does an assignment last?
That depends on your situation. Covering a vacancy or a maternity leave usually takes several months, a defined project a few weeks. We confirm the start, scope and planned end in writing and adjust the hours each month.
Who makes the HR decisions during the assignment?
You do. Our specialist runs day-to-day HR in your name and on your behalf, while hiring, pay and terminations remain your decisions. Everything is documented as we go, so your new HR lead can take over smoothly.
