How much does outplacement cost with clever hr?
CHF 3'500 per person for 20 hours of support over three months, including preparation, follow-up and travel. For larger reductions there is a team package from CHF 25'000 for up to ten people.
Who pays for outplacement?
Usually the employer that is eliminating the position. Covering the cost ensures the person gets professional support, and it protects the employer's reputation too.
How are you different from traditional outplacement firms?
Our coaches recruit themselves. The person learns how the job market looks from the employer's side: how recruiters read a resume, what they listen for in interviews and how to get noticed. If wanted, we also coordinate registration and obligations with the regional employment office (RAV). The person always applies on their own, and we make sure they are ready.
Do you guarantee a new job?
No, and anyone who does isn't being honest. We prepare the person as well as possible and support them through the entire search, but the outcome depends on the person and the market.
