What's included.
- One-on-one coaching for leaders: leadership questions, difficult conversations and decisions, confidential and as needed
- A clear brief with management: goal, participants, roles and boundaries, confirmed in writing
- Private one-on-one conversations so everyone can share their side without an audience
- Facilitation by an impartial outsider, with agreed ground rules for speaking time, tone and conduct
- A written summary of concrete agreements: who does what by when, in plain language that works day to day
- A check-in after four to six weeks to see whether the agreements are holding

- Brief: you describe the situation, we determine whether coaching or mediation is the right fit and set the goal and framework
- One-on-ones: we listen to each person individually and in confidence
- Resolution: we facilitate the joint sessions or work on your situation in coaching
- Agreement: we put the agreements in writing, and everyone confirms them
- Follow-up: after a few weeks we check with you whether the solution is holding and adjust if needed
Your price
CHF 220 per hour
Coaching billed by the hour. Mediation at a fixed price, quoted in advance.
Coaching billed for time worked. For mediation, you receive a fixed-price quote in advance, based on the number of people involved.
Published price, or a fixed-price quote with scope and price agreed before work starts. All fees are net amounts. VAT applies only once we are registered for Swiss VAT.

What do coaching and mediation cost?
Coaching costs CHF 220 per hour, billed for time worked. For mediation, you receive a fixed-price quote in advance. The scope depends on how many people are involved and how long the conflict has been going on.
When is coaching the right choice, and when is mediation?
Coaching fits when a leader wants to work through a situation on their own, such as a difficult conversation or a decision. Mediation fits when several people are caught up in a conflict and need a neutral outside view to resolve it. We figure out together in the intro call what suits your situation.
How does workplace mediation work?
We start by meeting each person individually and in confidence. Then we facilitate the joint sessions with clear ground rules for speaking time and tone. It ends with a written agreement listing concrete commitments. From the first conversation to a signed agreement usually takes three to six weeks.
How confidential is it?
What is said in one-on-ones and in coaching stays with us. Only what each person chooses to share goes into the joint session. Management receives the outcome and the agreed commitments.
