What does the AI readiness check cost?
A fixed fee from CHF 7'900 covers the readiness check and the written 90-day plan. You see the figure in writing before we start. If you then ask us to support the rollout, that work is billed by the hour at CHF 220, with no hidden extras.
How does Swiss law shape what we may do with AI?
Switzerland has no separate AI act at present. The binding rules sit in the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), in force since September 2023. It follows the same logic as the GDPR and sets a high bar for personnel data. If your group also operates in the EU, the EU AI Act applies to those activities and we build that into the plan. Our working rules are simple: sensitive personnel data stays out of public AI tools, and we check where every tool we recommend stores your data.
Our group already has AI tools and a policy. Can you work inside that?
Yes, and it usually shortens the project. We take your group standards as the starting point and check what they mean for your Swiss entity: employment data under Swiss law, retention periods, the information you owe employees, and the decisions that have to stay with a human. The 90-day plan then covers the Swiss side and stays compatible with what your headquarters has already decided.
Is AI worth the effort in a company of 20 to 100 people?
Yes, in a number of areas. The readiness check shows where AI earns its keep in your business and where the benefit stays small, so you only spend more once the gain is proven. Your team needs no prior AI knowledge. We train on your own workflows, in English or German, with the people who will use the tools every day.
