From expert to leader

Selection

  • A summary of the requirements and success criteria for the leadership role
  • A structured interview and a case exercise drawn from everyday leadership
  • A hiring recommendation and individual development feedback
  • Optional: an additional potential and personality assessment, such as Hogan, or a 360° feedback

Leadership program

  • Two full-day workshops: leadership style, understanding the role and making the switch; delegating, assigning work and giving feedback; working effectively and staying healthy as a team
  • Practice assignments built on real situations from participants' own leadership work
  • A personal development plan and practical leadership routines
  • Two 60-minute online check-ins per person for case work and follow-through

Preparation, delivery and report included. Optional Hogan license: about CHF 500 per person, including analysis.

A three-month program for up to four people.
