How do we know which complexity level applies to us?
On the intro call, we walk through your pay structure together: salaried and hourly employees, withholding tax, collective labor agreements, shift work and how often things change. That sets your level, and we spell it out in your quote.
Are year-end filings included in the payroll price?
Yes. Annual salary statements and the year-end social insurance filings are part of payroll. Setup is a one-time fee of CHF 690 with 4 hours included. You pay it only once, even if you book payroll and HR administration together.
Are there any other costs?
For services priced on request, you get a written fixed-price quote after the intro call that lists every item.
Can we start with one service and add more later?
Yes. Many companies start with payroll and add HR administration or recruiting later.
