How the price works
How your monthly fee is built.
Base fee
CHF 250 per month, for payroll and for HR administration alike. It covers system upkeep, deadline monitoring and your dedicated contact person.
Per-employee rate
Payroll CHF 25 to 40, HR administration CHF 25 to 55 per person per month. The level (simple to complex plus) reflects your organisation and is agreed transparently before we start.
Bundle discount
Book payroll and HR administration together and you receive 7.5% off both services.
Setup
A one-off CHF 490 for payroll: we take over your master data in a structured way and check that everything was recorded correctly.

Clarity before you commit.
How do we find out which complexity level applies to us?
In the intro call we look at your salary structure together: monthly and hourly wages, withholding tax, collective agreements, shift work and the number of changes per month. The level follows from that, and we set it out transparently in the offer. You know your price before you commit.
Is year-end work included in the payroll fee?
Yes. Salary certificates and the annual statements for the social insurance schemes are part of the payroll service. Setup is a one-off CHF 490.
How does the bundle discount work?
Book payroll and HR administration together and you receive 7.5% off both services. Example with 10 employees at the standard level: together the two services cost CHF 1,150 per month, with the bundle discount around CHF 1,064.
Are there any further costs?
All fees exclude VAT. Our prices are published, and the offer itemises every cost in writing. You see the cost before you start.
Can we start with one service and add more later?
Yes. Many companies start with payroll and add HR administration or recruitment later. You book exactly what you need.
