Why we cost less

AI handles the routine work.

We use AI in our processes, for sourcing, reference letters and administration. It makes us faster. You pay for fewer hours, and the quality stays the same.

  • Faster recruitment
  • Less administrative effort
  • Fair, predictable fees

Where AI works for us

  • First pass in sourcing: AI identifies potentially relevant profiles, people review them
  • Drafts for reference letters and documents, always checked by a professional
  • Routine in administration, such as data entry and filing

Where people make the call

  • Every personnel decision: hiring, salary and separation
  • Every recommendation you receive comes from a professional, never from a tool
  • Your payroll and personal data never end up in public AI tools

We work in a protected Google Workspace environment. The concrete data region depends on the edition, service and current Admin configuration. Processing follows the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. You get the benefit of AI while keeping full control of sensitive HR data.

For fiduciaries

Run a fiduciary firm? We take on HR and your clients stay yours.

You handle the accounts, we handle payroll and HR, white label or co-branded. Fair referral terms.

Short-time work in Switzerland: the 24-month window to January 2027 and the rule change on 1 January

The Federal Council has extended the 24-month maximum for short-time work compensation to 31 January 2027, and on 1 January 2027 the flexitime rule that kept 20 plus hours neutral disappears. For a company reacting to US tariffs or a drop in orders, that means filing the advance notice properly, keeping time records the fund will accept and knowing what a waiting day costs. With a worked example, and the point at which short-time work stops being the honest answer.

Sickness absence in Swiss SMEs: 8.6 days per full-time job, and the first 30 days done right

Sick days per full-time job have risen from 6.3 in 2010 to 8.6, absences for mental health reasons last 218 days on average, and about half of the people affected lose their job along the way. For an SME with 20 employees that is more than CHF 50'000 a year in salary cost before anyone covers the work. What a sick day really costs, what Swiss law requires of the employer, and which steps in the first 30 days make the difference.
