Expanding from Türkiye
From Türkiye to Switzerland, in your language.
Turkish companies expanding into Europe value Switzerland for its stability, its strong currency and its central location. We are one of the few Swiss HR teams that can look after you in Turkish as well as English. Türkçe konuşuyoruz.
Your HR, explained in Turkish
Employment contracts, social insurance and withholding tax are complex enough in one language. We explain your obligations as a Swiss employer in Turkish or English, whichever your team prefers, and correspond with Swiss authorities in German on your behalf.
All employer registrations from one desk
AHV compensation fund, accident insurance, occupational pension fund, family allowances and the cantonal withholding tax registration: we set up your Swiss entity as an employer completely and on time.
Fixed fees, published openly
Our Swiss clients see every price on our website before they talk to us, and the same transparency applies to international clients. You receive a written fixed-fee offer before we start.
We support companies that run, or are setting up, their own Swiss entity. Incorporation itself is done by notaries and fiduciary partners; we coordinate the HR side end to end.

Common questions
Asked by companies from Türkiye.
Can we handle the whole project in Turkish?
Day-to-day communication with us works in Turkish or English, as you prefer. Official documents for Swiss authorities are prepared in German by us, and we explain everything you sign.
Do our Turkish employees need work permits for Switzerland?
Citizens of countries outside the EU and EFTA need a work permit, and Switzerland grants a limited yearly quota. Planning ahead matters. We coordinate the process with specialised immigration partners while we prepare the HR setup.
